Giant Pet turns a photo you choose into a short video using generative AI. This policy explains what the app collects, why, and how it is handled. It applies worldwide to everyone who uses the app.

1. Information we collect

• Photos — only the images you pick yourself. The app never scans your gallery or uploads photos on its own.
• Generated results — the images and videos produced.
• Account data — if you sign in with Google: email address, name and profile picture. If you continue without signing in, only an anonymous identifier is created.
• Purchase data — the order token and product ID issued by Google Play. Payment details such as card numbers are handled by Google Play and never reach us.
• Usage records — generation time, the scene used and credits spent, kept to the minimum needed to run the service.
• Advertising identifier — Google AdMob may use the advertising ID to serve rewarded ads.

2. How we use it

• Creating and delivering videos and images
• Managing credit balances and verifying in-app purchases
• Showing posts you publish to the community
• Diagnosing errors and improving the service
• Serving rewarded ads

We do not sell your data or share it for third-party marketing.

3. Service providers

• Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Storage, Cloud Functions) — accounts, storage, server processing
• fal.ai — runs the image and video models; the photo needed for generation is sent there
• Google Play Billing — payment processing and receipt verification
• Google AdMob — advertising

4. Retention and deletion

• Uploaded photos and generated results are stored against your account and can be deleted individually from the in-app library.
• Settings → Delete account removes your account data and generated results.
• Purchase records are retained for the period required by law for refunds, disputes and accounting. They contain no personal data beyond a user identifier.

5. Children

This app is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

6. Generative AI notice

Videos and images produced by this app are AI-generated and are not real footage. Results carry an AI-generated label. Please do not use another person’s likeness or copyrighted work without permission.

7. Security

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and server access is limited to the operator. No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

8. Changes

If this policy changes, the updated text and date will appear on this page.
